Rolex Daytona Ref. 116500 'Kraft'
Another chronograph pretending to be vintage, thanks to the artisans at Artisans de Genève. Commissioned by Alexander Kraft, the manager of the French branch of Sotheby’s, the watch features an artificially patinated dial. The vintage style is further supported by a copper bezel and a 1960s-1970s style titanium case. To age the dial, it was sent for six months to the Azores, known for their humid climate. H. Moser & Cie. Pioneer Tourbillon Miami
This model, released in honor of the upcoming Miami Grand Prix, is impossible to miss. Thanks to its bright neon blue dial and equally vibrant fuchsia rubber strap. An aperture on the dial reveals the floating tourbillon. The design is completed by skeletonized hands with luminous inserts glowing green neon.
The watch is presented in a 40.8 mm steel case. Inside is the automatic caliber HMC 804 with a 72-hour power reserve. The novelty will be available exclusively in Bucherer boutiques, limited to a series of 28 pieces. The estimated price of the model is £59,900.
Tudor Black Bay Chrono Carbon 26
Another novelty released in honor of Formula 1. The highlight of this model is carbon, which is present throughout the watch. The 42 x 14.3 mm case, the integrated bezel with a tachymetric scale, the chronograph counters, and the date indicator frame are all made of carbon. More specifically, the dial has a multi-layered construction, allowing layers of brass to alternate with layers of carbon.
The watch is offered on a combination leather and rubber strap with a pattern imitating tire texture. The release is limited to a series of 2,026 pieces. The estimated price of the model is €7,980.
