An enhanced version of the Big Bang model with the Unico movement.
At the Geneva watch salon Watches & Wonders, Hublot presented a series of Big Bang Reloaded models. These watches are considered an updated version of the Big Bang model based on the Unico movement, first introduced by the company in 2010.
The watch features a 44 x 14.5 mm case, available in five variants: titanium, black, blue, and dark green ceramic, as well as polished Magic Gold.
The bezel design has been reworked: it is now two-sectioned, helping to create sharper contrasts in materials and finishes. In this case, the lower section of the bezel is made of polished titanium (without or with a dark coating), and the upper part is made of the same material as the case.
The dial of the watch has a multi-level design that plays with different textures. The mechanism is visible as if in the palm of your hand. Other important details include a redesigned minute counter, the inscription "Flyback" and a date window between the "4 o'clock" and "5 o'clock" marks. An additional accent on the date window is made with a colored triangular mark on the inner bezel. A color accent can also be noticed in the edging of the button located at the "4 o'clock" mark.
The series is powered by the aforementioned Unico caliber with 5 patented innovations: horizontal coupling, an anti-vibration system for the chronograph hands, a ratchet wheel locking function with zero friction coefficient, a system for precise daily time adjustment, and a time-setting system resistant to shock loads. The column wheel in the chronograph design is highlighted in color. The mechanism, designed to operate for 3 days without winding, is equipped with a new skeletonized rotor in the shape of the letter "H".
The entire series comes with two straps: the first is a classic black rubber strap; the second is a rubber strap with a fabric effect featuring stitching in the shape of the letter H. Both straps are equipped with folding clasps and the One Click quick-change system. Models in this series come with the Hublot 5+5 warranty.
The approximate cost of the watches is €23,500 (titanium case model), €24,700 (ceramic case models), and €43,600 (Magic Gold alloy case model).
