The case dimensions remain the same - 39.6 × 39 mm with a maximum thickness of 15.6 mm. The Digitrend OSII case is water-resistant up to 50 meters, features a push-pull crown, and a top sapphire crystal allowing a peek into the mechanism. Unlike previous versions, the back cover now lacks a sapphire window, but it lists the individual number of each of the 150 released pieces.

The discs are positioned horizontally, but thanks to Light Reflecting Display (LRD) technology, the time is displayed vertically and reads perfectly when the hand is on the steering wheel.

All new internal parts are made in black, which is reflected in the name OSII Black. It is likely that versions in other colors will appear in the future, but they have yet to be presented.
