A new model with an aventurine dial, where a diamond-set Eagle constellation sparkles like the night sky.
Bell & Ross has introduced a new addition to the BR-05 collection, which debuted in 2019 in response to the growing popularity of sports watches with integrated bracelets. The new model features a 36mm case and an aventurine dial set with 7 diamonds. The diamond pattern forms the Eagle constellation.
While the initial BR-05 models featured 40mm cases, by 2025, the trend towards more compact watches led to its reduction to 36mm. The proportions of the watch have been reimagined. The dimensions of the new model are 36 x 8.7 mm.
The bracelet is integrated into the case, with the first link being part of the case. The classic "circle within a square" formula is softened by the rounded corners of the case. The alternation of matte surfaces with polished bevels extends to the bracelet finish. Protective elements on the sides of the screw-down crown ensure water resistance up to 100 meters.
The dial uses aventurine glass with characteristic shimmering inclusions, reminiscent of stars. The hour markers on the dial are set with classic-cut diamonds, outlining the area of the unusual pattern. In the design, 7 diamonds of varying sizes form the outline of the Eagle constellation (Aquila).
The largest stone, located between the "10" and "11 o'clock" marks, symbolizes the Eagle's head. This is the star Altair - the largest in this constellation. The stones are set in a custom-made brass frame (each stone is held by 4 prongs).
A laser engraving of the Eagle constellation can also be seen on the case back. Beneath it is the automatic caliber BR-CAL.329 (Sellita SW-300). The 3.6 mm thick movement operates at a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour and provides a 54-hour power reserve.
The estimated cost of the model is CHF 4,500.
