The only difference is the blue PVD dial, which is only available in the Large version.

Both versions are equipped with automatic calibers: Large - the widely used 1847 MC, Medium - 1899 MC, which is also used in the new automatic models Tank Louis. The power reserve of both movements is up to 40 hours.
