A limited edition release in partnership with the Hong Kong watch platform Wristcheck.

Piaget has released a new model in partnership with the Hong Kong-based watch marketplace Wristcheck, founded in 2020. Fans of the brand will immediately recognize the Altiplano Ultimate Automatic model, which became the world's thinnest self-winding watch in 2018. The new limited edition of 30 pieces features a light blue design - Wristcheck's signature color.

The new watch, presented in a 41 mm white gold case, maintains the unconventional construction of the standard 910P model. The movement and case are designed as a single entity, with the case back serving as the movement's main plate. This construction eliminates an entire structural layer compared to standard watch designs, allowing Piaget to set a new record in ultra-thin watches.

The movement (caliber 910P) is fully exposed from the dial side, consisting of 238 components. The hour scale on the dial is highlighted in light blue, complementing the blue screws and the 22-karat gold peripheral rotor with a blue finish.

Otherwise, the caliber 910P retains the same features as eight years ago. For example, the thickness of individual bridges on the dial side is measured in hundredths of millimeters. This 'trifle' has a serious function - to protect the hands from accidental pressure on the sapphire crystal. The finishing includes satin brushing, sandblasting, and chamfered bridge edges. The movement operates at a frequency of 21,600 vph and provides approximately 50 hours of power reserve.

The watch is offered on a dark blue calf leather strap with light blue stitching. The collaboration is indicated by an engraving on the case back: in addition to the Piaget crest, the Wristcheck logo is engraved on the reverse side of the model.

The estimated price of the new model is $46,300.
