From the model featuring a 'jumping hour' function, part of the new collection, to possibly the brand's most complex (pocket) watches.
Audemars Piguet has unveiled a whole series of new releases. Given the variety and number of watches, we have compiled them into a collection.
Audemars Piguet Neo Frame Jumping Hour

This model from the new Audemars Piguet collection features a rectangular case measuring 24.6 x 34 x 8.8 mm. Made of rose gold, it offers minimal water resistance of 20 meters. The unique feature of this model is the flat sapphire crystal with black PVD coating, 'fused' with the dial plate. Inside is a self-winding movement with a 'jumping hour' function. Read more about this model in the review.
Audemars Piguet The '150th Heritage' Pocket Watch

The first Audemars Piguet pocket watches since 2011. The model is available in two pieces with a platinum case measuring 50 x 23.4 mm. Eight more pieces are planned to be released in white gold. The watch mechanism is based on the RD#4 caliber - the most complex Audemars Piguet watch. Of the 23 complications in the wrist model, 22 are retained here. The automatic winding has been replaced with manual winding.

A button at the '6 o'clock' position opens the case back, which features universal perpetual calendar indications. These include information not only on the Gregorian, but also the Chinese lunisolar, Islamic, and Hebrew calendars. More details about these watches will be shared in a separate review.
Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph 38 mm

The long-awaited release: the 38 mm Royal Oak chronograph finally features an in-house movement. The caliber 6401 replaces the previously used F. Piguet 1185 caliber. This is an integrated chronograph with patented vertical clutch and instant date change, equipped with a 55-hour power reserve. However, the new caliber lacks the flyback function. This can be seen as a compromise that allowed the elegant case thickness of 11.1 mm to be maintained.

The watches are available in 3 versions: steel with a blue dial, and rose gold with gray and beige-brown dials. The latter is encrusted with diamonds. A notable feature of the dial is the inversion of the hour and minute counters. The case back is transparent.

The approximate cost of the model is $43,000 (steel version), $84,500 (rose gold + gray dial), and $91,600 (rose gold with diamonds).

Audemars Piguet Royal Oak 'Jumbo' Extra-Thin Openworked and Royal Oak Double Balance Wheel Openworked

Two new models from the category of the most sought-after Audemars Piguet watches. The 'Jumbo' model is offered in a titanium and metallic glass case. To maintain a monochrome look, the open bridges of the mechanism are rhodium-coated, and the hour markers are rhodium-plated. Inside is the caliber 7124, equipped with automatic winding and a 57-hour power reserve. The approximate cost of the model is CHF 121,600.

The Double Balance Wheel model is presented in a 37 x 10 mm yellow gold case. The hands and hour markers on the dial are in a contrasting gray color. The watch is powered by the caliber 3132, featuring automatic winding and a 45-hour power reserve. The approximate cost of the model is $103,000.
New Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Offshore Releases

The Royal Oak Offshore collection introduces 5 new models: 3 divers and 2 chronographs. The divers are presented in 42 x 14.2 mm steel cases.

Choices include models with a black dial and turquoise accents on the inner bezel, a black dial with pink accents, and a 'Deep Teal' dial, which we have seen in the updated Offshore Diver model in 2021. The case is water-resistant to 300 meters.

Inside is the caliber 4308, featuring automatic winding and a 60-hour power reserve. The approximate cost of the models is $32,900.

The new chronographs in the collection are offered in combinations of blue ceramic + gray dial with Bleu Nuit, Nuage 50 counters and titanium + black ceramic + green dial with beige-black counters. The case size is 43 x 14.4 mm. Water resistance is 100 meters.

Inside is the caliber 4401 - a flyback chronograph with automatic winding and a 70-hour power reserve. The approximate cost of the model is $46,600.
Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Mini

Two quartz models with 23 mm cases. One features a polished black onyx dial combined with a rose gold case. The other has a yellow gold case complemented by a white mother-of-pearl dial.

In both cases, diamonds are used instead of hour markers. The quartz mechanism (caliber 2730) lasts approximately 94 months or about 8 years of operation.
Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Selfwinding 37 and 41mm with Malachite Dials

These new models combine yellow gold cases with malachite dials. Due to the characteristics of malachite, which forms distinctive veins during crystallization, all pieces in this series will be unique. The watches are distinguished from jewelry items by the applied yellow gold markers and luminescent Royal Oak hands.

The 37 mm model is powered by the Vaucher 5909 caliber with a 60-hour power reserve. The 41 mm case model houses the caliber 4309 with a 70-hour power reserve. Read more about the watches in the review.
Code 11.59 by Audemars Piguet Selfwinding 38 mm

Two new models in rose gold cases. In one case, gold is complemented by a black dial and black alligator leather strap. In the other, the watch features a silver dial and a brown calfskin strap.

Both models are equipped with luminescent hands made of rose gold, keeping time against a signature guilloche motif reminiscent of a woven basket. The watches operate based on the caliber 5900 - a self-winding movement with a 60-hour power reserve.
Code 11.59 Selfwinding Flying Tourbillon 41 mm

A new model with a flying tourbillon and captivating visuals. The model's case combines white gold with black ceramic. The ivory-colored dial is decorated with the same 'woven basket' pattern, cut by hand and enhanced with PVD coating. Inside is the automatic caliber 2950 with a 65-hour power reserve.
