The relaunch of the Universal Genève brand, scheduled for early 2026, officially took place on April 8. The company marked this occasion by unveiling a whole series of watches across various collections. Clearly, the comeback would not have been complete without the relaunch of Universal Genève's main creation - the Polerouter collection. In its updated form, the iconic mid-20th century watches are offered in 11 versions.

The new collection is divided into two lines: Polerouter Prêt-à-Porter and trendy capsule models. The main line includes five models, three of which have cases measuring 39 x 9.5 mm, and two more have cases measuring 37 x 9.35 mm. The larger models are available in combinations of steel + blue, steel + black dial, and rose gold + brown dial. All three are equipped with a date window in the form of an asymmetrical trapezoid.

The smaller models are presented in combinations of steel + black dial and rose gold + mother-of-pearl dial with diamonds on the bezel.

The highlight of the new models is the dials, divided into squares with contrasting finishes (either circular or radial brushing). Regardless of lighting and dial color, this play of contrasts creates the necessary visual dynamics.

Six models presented in the capsule line can also be divided into two directions. The first direction includes three models with 39 mm cases and dials made of semi-precious stones. They are offered in combinations of steel + bull's eye, rose gold + lapis lazuli, and rose gold + tiger's eye.

The second direction comprises three Polerouter Camaïeu models with colored dials. They have a 37-mm case made of steel or rose gold + diamond decoration on the bezel and lugs.

The models are powered by the new automatic caliber UG-110 with a micro-rotor, featuring a 72-hour power reserve. At a diameter of 32 mm, this mechanism is only 3.8 mm thick.

The estimated cost of the watches starts at CHF 14,000 for models in a steel case with a leather strap and reaches CHF 65,100 for the model with a tiger's eye and a rose gold bracelet.
