The annual exhibition of models created using rare crafts will be held at the brand's historic headquarters on Rue du Rhône in Geneva.
Watch enthusiasts planning to visit Geneva in April for Watches & Wonders will have another bright event to attend. From April 18 to May 9, the annual exhibition of models created using rare crafts will be held at the historic Patek Philippe salon at 41 Rue du Rhône.

The exhibition will feature 65 completely new models, including 23 desk clocks, 10 pocket watches, and 32 wrist models combining techniques such as Grand Feu enamel, miniature painting, grisaille enamel, paillonné technique, hand engraving, guilloché, and complex gemstone inlay.
The Patek Philippe salon in Geneva has existed since 1853. It is a six-story building overlooking Lake Geneva and the famous Jet d’Eau fountain. During the exhibition days, the brand's master craftsmen will conduct live demonstrations in the salon. Among the exhibits, two models stand out:
Macaws Dome Table Clock

The clock features macaws frolicking in the Amazon forest. The image is created using the Grand Feu cloisonné enamel technique with added miniature painting. The enamel artisans used 20.75 meters of gold wire and 48 enamel colors, firing it in 8-10 stages at 800-820°C.

The clock face is adorned with 1,140 diamonds set in a snow setting technique. The hour markers on the dial are decorated with baguette-cut spinels, multicolored sapphires, tsavorites, and topazes. The case is also inlaid with multicolored stones, while the legs feature the same diamonds in snow setting.
Flamenco Pocket Watch

The pocket watch features a yellow gold case. The cover depicts a flamenco dancer performing under a spotlight in a red dress. The image is created using cloisonné enamel, miniature painting, and hand engraving. The base of the design is the manually crafted "sunray" guilloché motif, covered with a layer of translucent enamel. Then, using 50 cm of gold wire, the enameler creates the silhouette of the dancer and the audience, applying 13 enamel colors fired 20 times.

The case, bezel, and bow of the watch feature hand engraving with a floral motif. The flinqué dial is covered with translucent red enamel, echoing the cabochon red spinel on the crown. The watch comes with a luxurious gold stand shaped like a fan. The base of the stand is faced with obsidian.

The exhibition is open daily except Sunday. Opening hours: 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (last entry at 5:00 PM). Address: 41 Rue du Rhône, Geneva. Visitors are advised to register in advance on patek.com.
