The 10th Annual Madison Avenue Watch Week, organized by the Madison Avenue Business Improvement District in collaboration with the Foundation of Haute Horlogerie (FHH), the Horological Society of New York, and RedBar, promises a packed calendar of watch masterclasses, panel discussions, special showcases, and other events for collectors, connoisseurs, and enthusiasts.
It will take place from April 30 to May 4, 2024, on Madison Avenue between East 57th and East 75th Streets, so if you're in New York City next week, you'll have a full calendar of can't-miss watch events.
The celebration will kick off with an opening exhibition reception on Tuesday evening, April 30, from 6 to 8 PM at the stores participating in Madison Avenue Watch Week, followed by five days of watch-related programs. Below is a list of the main events:
A. Lange & Söhne, Madison Avenue, 709, Wednesday, May 1. Learn about the brand's history and experience the craftsmanship of A. Lange & Söhne watches, with a live demonstration of one of its in-house movements. A watchmaker from Glashütte (Germany) will also be present to answer any questions.

Breitling, 575 Madison Avenue. This year, the brand celebrates its 140th anniversary with a showcase of exclusive historical watches, alongside its new releases and iconic collections.

Buccellati, 714 Madison Avenue, from Wednesday, May 1, to Saturday, May 4, from 10 AM to 6 PM. Visit the exhibition to immerse yourself in the extraordinary history of Buccellati watches and enjoy a special presentation of men's and women's jewelry and classic watches delivered specifically for this occasion.

Davide Cenci, Madison Avenue, 1041, Thursday, May 2, 5 PM-7 PM. Enjoy the "Off The Cuff" fashion show led by Michael Mako. Men's fashion will be paired with a collection of vintage watches presented by Element iN Time NYC.
Elements iN Time NYC, 595 Madison Avenue, from Wednesday, May 1, to Saturday, May 4, from 11 AM to 5 PM. Explore an extensive collection of vintage and modern watches from various Swiss manufacturers, including a private collection of watches from a former UN diplomat.

IWC Schaffhausen, 645 Madison Avenue, various dates and times. Join a private presentation of the latest IWC watches, just introduced at the Watches and Wonders Geneva show, in small groups. An IWC specialist will discuss the features of each model, and guests will be given hands-on access to the new collection. IWC will also host a panel discussion titled "How Watches Remain Eternally Relevant," led by Nicolas Lannou, IWC's Deputy Director of Product Strategy and Heritage.

Jaeger-LeCoultre, 701 Madison Avenue, various dates and times. Participate in a series of watchmaking masterclasses led by an expert watchmaker. Participants will actively practice traditional watchmaking skills and will be able to bring a mechanical movement to life.

Montblanc, 635 Madison Avenue, Tuesday, April 30, 6 PM-8 PM. Celebrate the start of Madison Avenue Watch Week and discover some of Montblanc's 2024 watch novelties.

Panerai, 711 Madison Avenue, various dates and times. Explore the new Panerai boutique on Madison Avenue, follow the evolution of the brand's watches from 1860 to the present on the heritage wall, and discover the latest models. Iconic watches, including the New York Edition, available only in New York, will also be on display.

The 1916 Company, 595 Madison Avenue, various dates and times. Discover key collections and generations of F.P. Journe innovations at the 1916 Journe Gallery. Get acquainted with the world of De Bethune and the 2024 collections presented in Geneva at the Watches & Wonders show. Attend panel discussions and presentations about F.P. Journe and De Bethune, hosted by Jack Forster, George Mayer, and Tim Mosso.

Vacheron Constantin, 28 East 57th Street, various dates and times. Embark on a journey through Vacheron Constantin's digital archives, meet with an expert watchmaker, and discover diverse and iconic watch collections.

In addition to these boutique-specific events, another highlight will be a Madison Avenue Watch Week discussion on "Past, Present, and Future - Decoding Watches and Wonders Geneva," conducted by industry experts. Following this will be the Madison Avenue Watch Week Walk - a tour along Madison Avenue with stops at various watch boutiques to witness the Watches and Wonders 2024 novelties firsthand.
